BGS SOLUTION (001469280-P) was incorporated in Malaysia and registered with SURUHANJAYA SYARIKAT MALAYSIA as a sole proprietor company on the 9th day of March, 2004.

The company core business is to act as a dealer and offer a wide range of computers and communication products to the corporate and end users. Besides, the company’s personnel also have more than 25 years experience in repairing computers, computer parts, projector and all forms of electronics gadgets.

BGS SOLUTION is the objective to manage and operate a one stop computer and information technology solution provider that prioritizes on efficiency, convenience and customer experience. BGS SOLUTION aims to offer extensive range of quality products competitively without compromise of the highest level of service to target corporate professionals, home users or even students. The company has successfully set up a service center to focus on better customer service by
offering maintenance and repair to our customers.

From our humble beginning, BGS SOLUTION is rapidly expanding our customer base from end users, corporate sector to the government departments.

The BGS SOLUTION team works hard to meet the needs of each customer with carefully tailored solutions and our success is also the result of the strong relationship with our Vendors, Distributors and Resellers.

ORGANISATION

BGS has a total number of Twelve (12) employees who directly and indirectly involve in the daily sales, marketing, repairing and servicing activities. The sales and Technical personnel who are well trained and has the product knowledge to support the daily customer queries.

 

SERVICES OFFERED

To maximize the customer satisfaction, BGS strongly emphasize after sales service support to keep the customers confident in our company. Few departments have been set upto attend to the after sales queries. The function of these departments is to respond to the customer enquiries, repair and maintenance of computer and other products through our Direct Helpdesk Support where is provisioned for a quick fix response upfront be it Softwares or Hardwares.
